Ingredients
Fresh fruits (2 2/3 c),
vanilla yogurt (16 ounces),
plain yogurt (16 ounces),
maple syrup (6tbsp),
unsalted butter,
melted (1strips),
pecans (1c), cornflakes (5c).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Make the tart shells. Take eight 4-inches round tart pans with removable bottoms, place them on baking sheet and set it aside. Take a food processor fitted with metal blades, put cornflakes and pecans in the bowl of processor. Process the mixture for about 10 short pulses until it gets mixed properly. Then pour this mixture into a large bowl. Sprinkle melted butter over it and then mix the maple syrup in it. Pour this cereal mixture in tart pans and press the mixture along the bottom and sides to form shells. Bake the tarts for about 10 minutes and then place them on wire rack to cool. Now remove the shells from the molds and place them on serving dish. Top each tart shell with ¼ cup of yogurt and 1/3 cup of fruit. Now the cereal tarts are ready to serve.
